Objective
India’s largest population is known to be of the youths. And being aware of the fact that the “youths are the future leaders”, and yet the youth engagement in governance is barely seen. It is also important for us to know that they are the future of democracy and the pillars of governance too.
It is high time for the youths of our country to get active and stand for good governance. Good governance refers to the people who contest for elections and work to bring a change and are not barely elected for their qualification to be a democracy leader. Hence, it is important for us to uphold and protect the governance by working on setting up new age eligibility criteria for having better leaders.
